I've built an AI platform from the ground up with Boailoop, so I bring real implementation experience, not just frameworks. I also help with governance, responsible adoption practices, and prompt engineering strategy.

Because technology is usually the easy part — getting people and processes aligned is where transformations succeed or stall. Agile Methodology & Execution
Agile works when it's implemented thoughtfully and followed consistently. I help organizations select the right framework — Scrum, Kanban, Hybrid or SAFe — onboard teams, facilitate sprint planning and retrospectives, run backlog grooming and story-writing workshops, and structure teams for faster, cleaner delivery. I also coach non-technical leaders so they understand what their teams are actually doing and why it matters.

Technology Build & Implementation
This is where most consultants stop. I don't. I design and build end-to-end solutions for operational and data challenges — including form-based workflow systems using 123FormBuilder, data integration and ETL pipelines using Azure SQL, Python, and API connections, UAT frameworks, and custom engagement and intake solutions with built-in logic and reporting. I've built clinical form systems and data workflows for healthcare organizations, and I stay through documentation, training, and go-live support. You get the plan and the finished product.
How It Usually Goes
Most engagements start with a conversation. Not a proposal, not a scope document — just a conversation about what's actually going on. From there, we figure out together what kind of help makes sense. Sometimes that's a strategic planning session. Sometimes it's rolling up sleeves and building something. Usually it's both.
